   In no event shall Equinox Infotech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Equinox Infotech's total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing and using the App.
